The ladies work independently and are only tenants in the house. The services and prices of individual ladies are not predetermined and are agreed by ladies individually with their own customers, as well as the ladies decide whether and to whom they provide the service to. The individual ladies are subject to the reporting requirements and German tax regulations, they have been informed separately at the beginning of the contract.
